After the launch of the platform, all large-scale transport approval in the province requires approval through the platform. The traffic window, the place of departure and the Internet of the provincial government center can accept the carrier's application for large-scale transport. The application materials are first examined and examined by the place of departure, and the examination opinions of route passage are put forward by the city (state) and the provincial highway administration is in charge. Institutions shall examine and approve them and supervise them afterwards through municipal (state) highway management agencies and highway traffic law enforcement agencies. Through the platform, the whole process of bulk transportation is supervised.



Trans provincial bulk transport is also more convenient. After the provincial approval platform is approved, the Ministry of Transport will coordinate with other provinces and municipalities by the large-scale approval platform. The applicant can apply at one place (the place of departure) to pass through the country.



Highway law enforcement agencies will strengthen the investigation of large cargo transportation. If illegal large-scale transportation is found, besides handling according to law, it will be reported to the platform at the same time, and it will be included in the "blacklist" management.
